1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your batbit account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method details requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on batbit. 11. Account Termination

batbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, batbit reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. 12. Governing Law & Disputes
